The organization is overseen by a board of directors comprising of Medical Doctors, Women rights Activist, Veteran Media Personnel, Chartered Accountants, Politicians and Communication experts etc.

The board is headed by a Chairperson and they meet occasional for reporting and other critical decision making issues. The Board also serves as an advisory body to the executive committee.
